Quality

Leemark has a fully equipped Inspection department with both CNC and Manual Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines, and by using the latest technology we are able to inspect machined components direct to customer models if required. The main CMM’s are backed up by digital height gauges, profile projectors, surface finish measurement and all the usual auxiliary equipment. All equipment is fully calibrated and our whole factory is temperature controlled. We can supply full AS9102 reports and bubble drawings if required and everything is controlled by our Progress Plus MRP System.
